Her company, Life at the Table, Inc., inspires people to live healthy, happy, and productive lives by helping them answer the most important question they ask every day, “What’s for dinner?” Led by Chef Sandra Lewis who is a keynote speaker, radio and podcast host, Life at the Table offers workplace health and well-being solutions, hands-on cooking classes, and culinary team building experiences. She is host of a twice weekly podcast and radio show, “A Savory Moment.”

Sandra will be showing attendees how to answer the most important question they ask every day: “What’s for dinner?”

Cooking Demos of “How to Make a Crunchy Apple Salad” will feature Sandra demonstrating her knife skills with a super simple recipe filled with fall spices. It’s all about the chop with apples, celery and walnuts.

Chef Sandra earned her BS in Mass Communications, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Utah, and an AAS with honors in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Dallas.
